How do I buy something on Temu?
Pick the item you want and click checkout. After you pay, you will get a confirmation email. You can see your order details in your account as well.
Is it possible to exchange a product?
At the moment, you cannot swap products directly. If you want something different, order the new item and return the one you do not want.
When will I see my tracking number?
You will get a tracking number once the warehouse finishes handling your order. This usually takes one to three business days. You will get a message when your order is shipped.
