How do I keep track of my order?
After your order is shipped, you will get an email with tracking details. You can use the link in the email to follow your order on the courier's website. Each package will have its own tracking number.
If I decide I don't want an item, can I return it?
You must return items within 14 days after you get them. Items must be new, unused, and in the original packaging with tags.
If I receive a defective item, what should I do?
Within 30 days, defective goods may be returned for a refund or replacement. You can get a free repair or replacement if there are problems within six months. Wear and tear-related damage is not considered a fault.
Are there fees for delivery?
Delivery is normally £7.50 (or £10 for the Channel Islands), but there are also options for next-day and weekend delivery. If you order beauty products alone, the standard delivery fee is £5.95. The cost of delivery for hampers is £7.50.
How can I return a gift that I don't want?
If you return a gift you do not want, the money goes back to the person who bought it, using their payment method. If you send the gift back by mail, you cannot get a refund or exchange. Always include proof of purchase when you return something.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes, you can pick up from your closest UK store for free. When your items are ready, which is typically within 1-3 days, you will receive an email to confirm. For pickup, bring the email containing the QR code.
What can't be returned?
You cannot return perishable goods, sale items, pierced earrings, beauty products, or some personal items unless they are broken. This includes lingerie, magazines, stockings, hair accessories, and DVDs. If you have questions about a certain item, ask customer service.
When I return something, can I get my money back for the shipping?
When returning an item, the original shipping charges are not refunded. The customer still has to pay the return fee. Only the item's cost is refundable.
How long does it take to get your money back?
The bank may take up to ten working days to process refunds. Each card issuer has a different time. Refunds are only given using the original payment method.
Are returns accepted after the 14-day period?
Late returns are only allowed if the order is faulty, missing items, incomplete, or damaged. For other late returns, the items may be sent back to you. Contact Customer Service for more details.
